6 MONTHS!

Brodie is officially half a year old! I can't believe it. It's crazy how fast he's grown!

We went to the doctor's today for his 6 month well appointment. He weighs in at 18lbs 4oz, he is 28 1/2" long, and his head circumference is 17". In his height he's in the 97th percentile, in his weight he's in the 75th percentile, and in his head circumference he's in the 50th percentile. The nurse said he's growing really well and he had a nice round head! haha

I did think he'd be closer to 19lbs haha and I also figured he'd be pretty long. Doctor said he's doing really well though! When the nurse was measuring him, Brodie kept checking out her nurse smock. It had bright green flowers on it. Then when the doctor was checking him out, he grabbed the pen out of his pocket and tried grabbing his stethoscope.

Since bring Brodie back from the doctor's though, he's just been sick! He's been feeling warm, running a slight fever. Ben was home with him all day and he's been giving him Tylenol. He seems to be doing better now though. Poor baby! I hate seeing him like this. You can just tell he wasn't feeling good. :(

Brodie's milestones so far:
*Eating baby food, but not on a regular basis
*Cruising!! He's doing his army crawl/worm motion
*Jabbers all the time! He's going to be a talker when he gets to talking
*This is going to be his first Halloween and he's going to be the best dressed up baby in town! haha

Besides today/tonight, Brodie is doing really good! Ben and I are also doing really well! :)
