Chew-Brodie
haha Ok, so here's the picture of Brodie in his Halloween costume. We were going to keep it a surprise, but since Halloween is so far away, here is a picture of him in it. We'll post more pictures closer to Halloween too, with Vida as his Yoda.

Since the last post
This time of year is going to be the best time of year! Getting Brodie all dressed up for Halloween, his first Thanksgiving & first family reunion, and his first Christmas! :) It's going to be very memorable.
Brodie is laughing now. It's sooo funny!! We'll tickle his neck or tummy, and he'll just laugh and laugh! He'll also start laughing at the dog is she's trying to give him kisses.
He wants to so bad crawl. He has the leg part down, but its getting his upper body to do it too. He always has a finger in his mouth, lol. But, he'll scoot around!
Brodie doesn't have a runny nose anymore, but he has a cough. It's getting better though. And he's almost sleeping the whole night! We cannot wait until he can do that. :)
Thursday, I had to go pick Brodie up from daycare around noon. His sitter's dad died within 15 minutes of Ben dropping Brodie off. So sad. Friday, one of our friends watched Brodie while we were at work. She said they had so much fun! That he was a really happy baby and so good. She said that he only really fussed once after he woke up from an hour long nap. When I got home, she was playing with Brodie in the Einstein and he was wearing the hat to his Halloween costume. haha It was so funny, and he loved it! :) Tomorrow (Monday), I'm going to stay home since we don't have anyone to watch him. Either our friend Maria (who watched him Friday) or our other friend Penny will watch Brodie on Tuesday and he will be going back to daycare on Wednesday. Then the first weekend of October we'll be in Salina for one of our friend's baby shower! :)
We were out and about today and we got Brodie a couple new toys, a Grover puppet and a toy he can shake and it makes noises. He really likes the ball thing, he's always trying to bite on it. haha Grover makes him laugh.
Last week we also got some baby food for Brodie while we were grocery shopping. We got some green beans, squash, peaches, and carrots. Thursday when Brodie and I were home, I gave him some of the squash. He didn't seem to hate it. He kept opening his mouth when the spoon got closer to his mouth. He also kept wanting to grab the bowl and put his fingers into it! haha He's just so curious, always wanting to grab anything and everything. He likes to grab my hair too.
Everyone is doing really well! Definitely loving this time of year and all the special events coming up :)
